Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?

No — we bring our own professional-grade supplies and equipment to every visit. If you'd prefer we use products you provide, just let us know when you book.
Do you clean homes with pets?

Absolutely — just let us know what pets are in the home. Excessive pet hair or odor may factor into your quote, but pets themselves are never a problem.
How is my price determined?

Pricing is based on your home's square footage, current condition, and any add-ons you request (like inside the oven or fridge). Submit the quote form below with a few details — we'll follow up with a personalized estimate.
What areas do you service?

We're based in Muskegon, MI and serve the surrounding area, including Twin Lake, Mears, Holland, Walker, and Casnovia. Just outside that range? Reach out anyway and we'll do our best to accommodate.
What's your cancellation policy?

We require at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel. With that notice, your deposit carries over to a new appointment within 15 days. Cancellations inside the 24-hour window are subject to a fee — see our Terms of Service for full details.
How and when do I pay?

We accept cash, Cash App, and Venmo. A 30% deposit is due 24 hours before your scheduled cleaning, with the remaining balance due upon completion (up to 5 days to pay in full).
Do you offer recurring cleanings?

Yes — our Preferred Maintenance Program offers weekly, biweekly, or every-four-weeks visits with a consistent team and a checklist built around your home.
